It is a beautifully designed space with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and everything feels new and impeccably clean. The rooms are dark in terms of natural light, but the bathrooms are well-lit for getting ready and there are many mirrors. The shower is gigantic, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the soundproofing seems to be great, we barely heard any noise from the lobby or rooftop. The rooftop is gorgeous and has a swimming lane pool. They have a limited gym but all the equipment is new and well laid out. The location is also very walkable. We really enjoyed staying here. There is a concierge when you check in who offers to help making reservations and book tours and we wish we had utilized him more.

The staff here is amazing. They work incredibly hard to make sure you have a perfect stay. It was our honeymoon trip and they made many special touches. The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens and towels and the aesthetics of the property are modern and stylish.

I researched every hotel in Mexico City and this was 100% the best. Great location, great facilities and lovely rooms. Loved the rooftop bar and the cocktails. Architecture was great. Was great to have a pool to com back to after exploring the city.

Very stylish hotel at a great location. Nice rooftop terrace with a tiny pool. A lot of interesting spots in walking distance and a nice and safe neighborhood. Friendly staff.

The hotel was beautifully designed and brand new! The free breakfast was excellent! We really loved the roof top pool too. We almost stayed in Roma at a hotel for twice as much money. We are so happy we decided to book Volga. There is a speak easy bar with a dj at night on the lowest level and we enjoyed the Sunday funday at the pool with four house music djs.
